Previously owned and led by Wayt Gibbs, the Virginia Skypainters, now owned and led by Ryan Francisco, is well known for it's outstanding fireworks displays. Ryan is a Certified Pyrotechnician who is dedicated to the safe and responsible use of fireworks. In 2017, Ryan also created his own fireworks company (Francisco Display Fireworks, LLC) which is a family owned and operated fireworks company located in South Boston, Virginia. Francisco Display Fireworks is now doing business as the Virginia Skypainters and is currently serving Virginia and North Carolina specializing in outdoor aerial displays consisting of shells and ground effects.
The Virginia Skypainters performs elaborate aerial displays, using high quality fireworks and special effects. Each display is tailored to fit needs and to create uniqueness with every performance.
We offer a free, no obligation, consultation to discuss the type of service needed. Prior to each display, we will conduct a site evaluation and discuss important details about your event.
The Virginia Skypainters coordinates with all authorities to obtain permits, insurance, and any other documentation required. All of our displays meet the NFPA 1123 Guidelines.
We always clean up firing sites after each display and ensure all waste is properly disposed of.
